You must provide a clear and detailed reference image (such as a drawing, character sheet, etc.) of the design you want. AI generated images will be rejected.

You must own the copyright of your design or have written permission from its author. (See copyright section below)

The works I create follow the reference as closely as possible. The illustration or concept you provide must therefore include as many relevant details as possible including colors, proportions, etc.

A front view with flat colors is fine. You don't need a fully rendered 360° drawing of your character, but it is appreciated and will drastically improve the quality of the final product.

Please describe, in writing, any details you want that are not present in the concept art (such as rendering style or material)

References with too little information to work with will be rejected. I cannot invent a design for you.

I cannot legally sell 3D models based on existing IPs (such as games, anime, movies, etc.) Do not commission me to create fan art.

Taking loose inspiration from said works is generally acceptable.

If you commissioned your reference/design from another artist, please ensure you have their explicit permission for it to be used in the creation of a 3D model.

You have "personal use" rights to the model you receive from my services. This includes: Streaming, Social media, Importing into Vtuber apps or VRChat, Edits to the model, and anything else that may be deemed "personnal use". You may monetize your streaming or social media content that uses the model. You must credit me whenever you can.

You DO NOT have "commerical use" or "redistribution" rights to the model your receive from my services. Including but not limited to: Selling or sharing the model and any related files, edited or not, Using renders of the 3D model for digital or physical merch, Patreon, Uploading as "public" on VRChat or similar platforms, Using the model in a video game you plan to distribute, and anything else that may be deemed "commercial use". These are all prohibited.

If you want commercial use of your model, please ask me directly. We can come to an agreement for a price.

It is prohibited to use my work for the purposes of AI training, or feed renders of my work into an AI.

Payment is done via Paypal invoice. (invoice will be sent to your email)

Payment is half up front, half on completion. I will only send the files once the final payment is confirmed.

I can offer a refund if you cancel the commission before I start it, but I typically do not take payment until the day I start.

If you decide to cancel when the work has already begun, I can offer a partial refund based on the amount of work that has been completed.

I cannot offer a refund if the work is complete or nearly complete.

A full refund will be given if I am the one that cancels the commission.

Be aware that in the event of a cancellation, you will not receive any files.

To avoid having to cancel unexpectedly due to life circumstances, please ensure you are financially comfortable before accepting anything (Even if you only need to pay half upfront, half on completion)

Communication will be in English only.

During the commission process, communication will be done via your preferred platform. (E-mail, Discord, Twitter/X, Bluesky)

I will periodically send you WIP screenshots and updates whenever I have something relevant to show.

If you have any concerns, adjustments, or edits you'd like made, please let me know as early as possible during the commission process. Don't be afraid to speak up if you don't like something, I can take it!

If you ask for an excessive amount of changes, I may begin charging you for them (I will let you know if it comes to that)

Clear communication is required from both sides. If I do not hear from you for several weeks, I may have to put the commission on indefinite hold until you give a sign of life.

If I fail to respond to you within a timely manner, please try again to reach out to me, and try to message me on a different platform.

I will try to answer any questions you have, but I cannot offer tech support for your Vtuber apps. Please have a bare minimum understanding of how to use a 3D model for your purposes before commissioning me.

Turnaround time is roughly 3 months, more or less.

I don't work with strict deadlines as my work is sporadic and days may pass without significant progress.

I accept commissions on a purely at-will basis and may reject a commission for any reason! If I do not accept yours, please understand that it is nothing personal.

If you require your model to remain undisclosed to the public until a certain date, please inform me so that I may refrain from posting WIPs on social media.

Once the commission is over, you are allowed to seek out help from other artists or tech bros for technical support if you need work done on your model! I do not retain exclusivity for future inquiries.
